A dish stir-fried with a mixture of intense mala sauce and soft rosé cream sauce. Dry tofu, puju, frozen tofu, fish balls, sausage, rice cakes, wood ear mushrooms (white, black), sweet potato noodles, glass noodles, enoki, king oyster mushrooms, napa, bok choy, bean sprouts, and corn. Mala sauce contains a small amount of chicken seasoning; therefore, it cannot be made vegetarian.
