Malatang 麻辣燙

A soup dish containing fresh ingredients in thick chicken bone broth with special mala sauce. Dry tofu, puju, frozen tofu, fish balls, sausage, rice cakes, wood ear mushrooms (white, black), sweet potato noodles, glass noodles, enoki, king oyster mushrooms, napa, bok choy, bean sprouts, and corn.
